White Chocolate & Blackberry S'mores

Ingredients

1/4 4 ounce white chocolate bar
2 chocolate graham crackers or regular graham crackers
2 - 3 large marshmallows, toasted*
2 - 3 tablespoons blackberry jam

Directions

1. Place 4 crackers on foil-lined baking sheet. Layer 1 ounce of white chocolate and 2 to 3 large marshmallows on each. Broil 4 inches from heat 30 to 60 seconds. Remove; top with 2 to 3 tablespoons jam. Top with cracker.

To toast, place marshmallows on end of long skewer; hold over flame 30 to 60 seconds, turning frequently.
