1. Cut baby Yukon gold potatoes in half, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to a grill pan or grill wok. Grill, covered, over medium coals about 35 minutes, tossing occasionally.
2. Toss potatoes with olives, red onion, basil, a little olive oil, and red wine vinegar.
