Saltysweet Grilling Sauce

Saltysweet Grilling Sauce
  • 1/2  cup  canola oil
  • 1/4  cup  white miso (fermented soybean paste)
  • 1/4  cup  soy sauce
  • 1/4  cup  pure maple syrup
  • 1/2  teaspoon  red chile paste (sambal oelek)

1. Whisk together all ingredients.

2. Use about 1/4 of the mixture for each pound of chicken, pork chops, and/or steak. Brush on before grilling and again when you flip the meat/poultry halfway through grilling time.
