Breakstone's Creamy Potatoes

Breakstone's Creamy Potatoes
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2  cups  BREAKSTONES® Sour Cream
  • 1 10 3/4 ounce can  condensed cream of potato soup
  • 2  garlic, minced
  • 2 1/2  pounds  red potatoes (about 8), very thinly sliced
  • 1  cup  shredded CRACKER BARREL® Vermont Sharp-White Cheddar Cheese
  • 2  tablespoons  chopped fresh chives
Directions

1. HEAT oven to 350 degrees F.

2. MIX first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.

3. BAKE 55 min. or until potatoes are tender.

4. SPRINKLE with chives.
