Mediterranean Rub

Mediterranean Rub
  • 1  tablespoon  snipped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
  • 1  tablespoon  snipped fresh oregano
  • 1  tablespoon  snipped fresh chives
  • 1  tablespoon  paprika
  • 1  tablespoon  onion powder
  • 1 1/2  teaspoons  cracked black pepper
  • 1 1/2  teaspoons  garlic powder
  • 1  teaspoon  salt
  •  Olive oil

1. In a bowl combine dry ingredients with enough olive oil to form a paste. Rub onto turkey. Cover and chill about 8 hours before roasting.
