Ingredients
  • 1/4  cup  dry white wine
  • 1/4  cup  orange juice
  • 1/4  cup  soy sauce
  • 2  tablespoons  water
  • 1  tablespoon  rice vinegar
  • 1  tablespoon  cooking oil
  • 1  teaspoon  garlic powder
  • 1  teaspoon  ground ginger
  • 1  pound  turkey breast tenderloins or skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Directions

1. For marinade, in a 2-cup glass measure combine white wine, orange juice, soy sauce, water, rice vinegar, oil, garlic powder, and ginger.

2. Cut turkey lengthwise into thin strips. Place strips in a plastic bag set in a shallow bowl. Pour marinade over turkey; seal and turn bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Drain the turkey, discarding the marinade. Skewer accordion-style onto several wooden skewers. Place on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once.
