Savory Strawberry Salsa
Ingredients
  • 2  cups  strawberries, coarsely chopped
  • 1  cup  avocado, seeded, peeled, chopped
  • 1/2  cup  cucumber, coarsely choppes, seeded
  • 2  tablespoons  honey
  • 1  teaspoon  lime peel, finely shredded
  • 2  tablespoons  lime juice
  • 1 - 2  tablespoons  jalapeno chile pepper, seeded, finely chopped
  • 1/4  teaspoon  black pepper, coarsely cracked
Directions

1. In a medium bowl, combine ingredients. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours. Makes 12 (1/4 cup servings).
