Orange and Mint Sangria

Orange and Mint Sangria
Ingredients
  • 2 blood oranges or oranges, sliced
  • 8 - 12 kumquats, halved
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Triple Sec or Grand Marnier
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 750 millimeter bottle Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1 8 ounce bottleclub soda, chilled
Directions

1. In a pitcher combine orange slices and kumquats. Add sugar and toss. Add Triple Sec and mint leaves; toss. Add wine, stir. Refrigerate up to 2 hours. To serve, add club soda, stir gently. Makes six (6-ounce) servings.
