Sour Cream and Chive Biscuits

Makes: 8 servings
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 8 minutes
Sour Cream and Chive Biscuits
  • 2
    cups buttermilk baking mix, Bisquick
  • 2/3
    cup sour cream
  • 2
    tablespoons finely chopped chives
  • All-purpose flour, for dusting
  • 2
    tablespoons milk

1. Preheat oven to 450 degree F.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine baking mix, sour cream, and chives until soft dough forms.

3. Turn dough onto floured-dusted surface and knead 10 to 12 times. Roll dough 1/2 thick and cut into 2-1/2-inch rounds (I used a drinking glass). Place rounds on ungreased baking sheet and brush with milk.

4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with butter. Makes 8 servings.
