Flaxseed Rolls
Ingredients
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons  flaxseeds, toasted
  • 1 16 ounce package hot roll mix
  • 2 teaspoons  milk
  • 1 teaspoon  flaxseeds, crushed
Directions

1. Coat a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with cooking spray; set aside. Place the 2 tablespoons flaxseeds in a blender container. Cover and blend until seeds are ground. (Or, use a pepper mill to grind seeds.)
