1. Tie broken stick cinnamon, allspice, and cloves in a spice bag. In a 3-1/2-, 4-, 5-, or 6-quart crockery cooker combine spice bag, apple juice, and honey or brown sugar.
2. Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours or on high-heat setting for 2-1/2 to 3 hours.
3. Remove spice bag and discard. Serve in mugs with a cinnamon-stick stirrer, if desired. Makes 10 (8-ounce) servings.
