Garlic Chutney

Garlic Chutney
Ingredients
  • 1  cup  unsweetened coconut
  • 2  cloves garlic, halved
  • 1  tablespoon  lime juice
  • 1/2  teaspoon  salt
  • 1/4  teaspoon  crushed red pepper
  • 3/4  cup  water
Directions

1. Place coconut, garlic, lime juice, salt, red pepper, and water in a food processor bowl. Cover and process until almost smooth. Serve with vegetable curry. Makes 1 cup (sixteen 1-tablespoon servings).
