1. Chill 2 tall parfait glasses.
2. Place 1/4 cup frozen yogurt in the bottom of each chilled glass. Top each with 2 tablespoons of the crushed wafers, 1/4 cup fruit, and 1 tablespoon strawberry topping. Repeat layers. Top each with 1/4 cup frozen yogurt. Drizzle each with remaining strawberry topping. If desired, top with whipped topping and garnish with maraschino cherries. Serve with long-handled spoons. Makes 2 servings.
