Smoked Salmon Platter
Ingredients
  • 2 6 - 8  ounce container  frozen guacamole, thawed
  • 1 8  ounce carton  dairy sour cream
  • 3 3  ounce package  smoked salmon (lox-style)
  • 50 2 - 2 1/2 inches  round crackers
  • 50  1/4-inch-thick cucumber slices
  •  Dill sprigs
  •  Lemon slices
Directions

1. Place guacamole and sour cream in shallow dishes. Arrange on a serving platter with salmon, crackers, and cucumber slices. Cover and chill up to 2 hours before serving. Garnish with dill sprigs and lemon slices, if desired. Makes 50 appetizers.
