Tomatillo Guacamole

Yield: about 1 cup
Tomatillo Guacamole
  • 1/2  small  avocado, seeded, peeled, and chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 2  canned tomatillos, rinsed, drained, and finely chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 1  plum tomato, chopped
  • 1  tablespoon  canned diced green chile peppers
  • 2  teaspoons  lemon juice
  • 1/8  teaspoon  garlic salt

1. In small bowl stir together avocado, tomatillos, plum tomato, chile peppers; lemon juice; and garlic salt. Store in refrigerator up to 24 hours. Makes about 1 cup.
