Sage Butter

Yield: about 1 cup butter
Sage Butter
  • 1  cup  butter, softened
  • 1  tablespoon  finely snipped fresh sage or 1 teaspoon dried sage, crushed

1. In small bowl combine butter and sage. Shape into individual serving-size portions with a butter mold. Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight. Makes about 1 cup butter.
