Ingredients
  • 3/4  cup  crushed ice
  • 1/2  cup  vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt
  • 1/2  medium  banana
  • 1/4  cup  water
  • 1  teaspoon  peanut butter
  •  Dried banana slices (optional)
  •  Chopped peanuts (optional)
Directions

1. In a blender container, combine crushed ice, frozen yogurt, banana, water, and peanut butter. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. If desired, top with dried banana slices and chopped peanuts. Makes 1 (12-ounce) serving)
