Yield: 1/4 cup (enough for 3 to 4 pounds of pork or beef tenderloin)

Chili and Spice Rub
  • 1/4  cup  chili powder
  • 1  teaspoon  dried oregano, crushed
  • 1  teaspoon  ground cumin
  • 1  teaspoon  salt
  • 4  cloves  garlic, minced

1. Combine all ingredients. Makes about 1/4 cup, enough for 3 to 4 pounds pork or beef tenderloin.
