Citrus Marinade

Yield: 1/2 cup (enough for 1-1/2 to 2 pounds of poultry)

Citrus Marinade
  • 1/4  cup  frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2  tablespoons  cooking oil
  • 2  teaspoons  finely shredded lemon peel
  • 2  tablespoons  lemon juice
  • 2  cloves garlic, minced

1. Combine all ingredients. Marinate chicken in refrigerator for 4 hours. Makes 1/2 cup, enough for 1-1/2 to 2 pounds of poultry.
