1. Mix the apples and all remaining ingredients except the pastry in a bowl. Line a 9-inch pie plate with one crust, following the package directions. Fill with the apple mixture, then fold the outside edges of the pastry over the filling. (There will be an open area in the middle of the pie.)
2. Cover pie with aluminum foil and bake in a 375 degree F. oven for 40 minutes. Remove pie from oven and spread orange marmalade overexposed filling. Then brush crust with milk. Return pie to oven, uncovered, and bake for another 15 minutes or until crust is golden and filling is tender. Makes 8 servings.
