Festive Pork Roast
Maple Roasted Acorn Squash Wedges
Cut acorn squash into small, thin wedges. Toss with maple syrup and a bit of oil; season with salt and pepper. Spread on a foil-lined cookie sheet and roast in the oven at 375 degrees F. until cooked and browned, about 35 minutes.
Wild Rice Blend with Pecans
Cook a package of wild rice blend according to directions. Stir in chopped pecans.
Brussels Sprouts with Lemon
