Farmer's Casserole recipe

Mix equal parts orange juice and seltzer for a refreshing drink before dinner. Add a dash of grenadine if you want to make it fancy.

In a blender, puree equal parts Italian dressing with canned crushed tomato. Toss salad greens with dressing.

Prepare a batch of drop biscuits using all-purpose baking mix, but substitute half-and-half or light cream for the milk in the recipe, and add chopped fresh parsley and basil to the dry ingredients. Bake as directed on package.
