Smoked Mustard-Bourbon-Glazed Ribs Dinner

The Menu

Slow-cooking Mustard-Bourbon-Glazed Ribs are best if smoked on the weekend and reheated for a weeknight dinner. Serve them with Garlic ?Smashed? Potatoes, Sweet Cornbread, and Chili-Cucumber Salad for an all-American outdoor feast. Pick up precooked mashed potatoes if you want dinner super quick.

Mustard-Bourbon-Glazed Ribs
 
Garlic "Smashed" Potatoes

Cook diced red potatoes with their skins on, then mash with a potato masher. Add butter, milk, and dehydrated garlic. Season to taste.

Sweet Cornbread

Stir 1 Tbs. sugar into dry ingredients from a package of cornbread muffin mix before adding wet ingredients. Bake as directed.

Chili-Cucumber Salad

Mince jalapeno peppers and toss with sliced cucumber. Sprinkle with salt and sugar and drizzle with rice vinegar.
