Peanut Barbecued Ribs Dinner

Tangy Peanut-Sauced Ribs, flavored with ginger and cayenne, are the main event in a barbecue dinner that includes Asian Slaw, Rice Salad with Cilantro and Carrots, and Frozen Lime Pudding Pie. Remember the pie recipe: Mixing any pudding with an equal portion of thawed frozen whipped topping and then refreezing is a great trick to have up your sleeve for quick desserts.
Mix shredded carrots with thinly sliced napa cabbage and dress with Asian ginger or sesame dressing. Add sliced green onion if desired.
Stir seasoned rice vinegar into hot cooked rice; cool and add cilantro and shredded carrot.
Prepare a 3-ounce package of instant lime pudding. Mix with 2 cups thawed whipped dessert topping and pour into a graham cracker crust. Freeze until ready to serve, at least 1 hour. Top with dollops of whipped topping if desired.
