Country-Style Pork Ribs
Roast Red Pepper and Spinach Salad
Spinach, a balsamic or Italian salad dressing, and diced roasted red peppers.
Oven-Fried Sweet Potatoes
Slice peeled sweet potatoes 1/4 inch thick. Toss with olive oil to coat, season with salt and pepper, and place on a cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake in a 350-degree oven for about 40 minutes, until cooked through.
Top chocolate ice cream with melted mint jelly.
