Pesto-Stuffed Pork Chops Dinner

Pesto-Stuffed Pork Chops have a real Greek flair. Adding Cheese Pie, Giant Beans, and Spinach with Olives gives you a real Mediterranean experience. Look for packages of cheese pie (Tyropita) in the freezer section. If you can't find one, you could substitute a small quiche.
Bake frozen cheese pie (Tyropita) according to package directions.
Rinse and drain a can of giant beans. Warm in a saucepan with marinara sauce and oregano, with just enough sauce to coat well.
Saute fresh spinach in olive oil; toss in chopped, pitted Kalamata olives.
