Fried Pork Chops on a Stick Dinner
- Pork Chops on a Stick (see recipe below)
- Corn on the Cob with Garlic Butter
- Pierogies
- Walk-Around Sundaes
If you've ever been to a state fair, you've undoubtedly seen or tried Pork Chops on a Stick. You can actually make it at home, and add a few other standard fair items like Corn on the Cob with Garlic Butter, Pierogies, and Walk-Around Sundaes. Look for pierogies in the freezer section. Your family will think they're just steps from the Midway.
Stir mashed garlic into softened butter, roll into a log in waxed paper, and freeze to firm. Spread on hot corn.
Cook according to package directions. Serve with sour cream and fried onions if desired.
Fill wafer cones with vanilla ice cream. Drizzle with Magic Shell chocolate coating and sprinkle with chopped peanuts immediately.
