Steam fresh or frozen green beans. Toast coconut. Microwave canned fried onions 30 seconds to crisp. Sprinkle coconut and onion over buttered green beans.
Slice mango into bowl, drizzle with melted seedless raspberry preserves, and top with crumbled meringue kisses.
