Stem & Seed Sweet Peppers

We've made it quick and easy.
Cut down your time in the kitchen by learning proper techniques.

Hold the pepper upright on a cutting surface. Using a sharp knife, slice each of the sides from the pepper.

You should have 4 large, flat pieces of pepper -- free of seeds and ribs -- that are easy to slice or chop. The stem, seeds, and ribs should all be one unit and can be easily discarded. Or, if there is enough pepper left, trim it from the seeds and ribs to use in your recipe.
