1 cup plain yogurt
1 whole egg
2 egg yolks
1 cup margarine 1 cup butter or 1 cup shortening plus 1/4 teaspoon salt, if desired
1 cup whipping cream whipped
2 cups whipped dessert topping
1 cup buttermilk 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar plus enough whole milk to make 1 cup (let stand for 5 minutes before using), or 1 cup whole milk plus 1 3/4 teaspoons cream of tartar, or 1 cup plain yogurt
