    This five-ingredient chili packs lots of flavor -- and it's so simple to make. Submitted by Camilla Saulsbury of Nacogdoches, Texas, this recipe won the Everyday Easy category in the contest.

    This lemon grilled salmon proves that eating right can be delicious. The dish took top honors in the contest's Good and Healthy category. Priscilla Yee of Concord, California, created the recipe using some of her favorite healthful foods.

    This healthful salad packs protein from chicken and lots of antioxidants from blackberries. "I'm just nuts about blackberries," said Francis Garland of Anniston, Alabama, who won the contest's Grilling category with this recipe. She threw in feta, too, inspired by its use at a Greek pizza parlor near her home.

    "Love the streusel on top," said our judges about the cookies from Gloria Piantek of West Lafayette, Indiana. The delicious treats earned her first prize in the Holiday category.

    Casey Warrington of North East, Maryland, won the Dessert category with this luscious cake recipe, inspired by her brother-in-law. He couldn't decide between a cheesecake or carrot cake for his birthday cake, so Casey compromised. "I put the two together and there you have it," she says.
