Red Snapper with Orange-Ginger SauceCook ramen according to package directions. When cooked, stir in thinly sliced spinach. The spinach will cook immediately -- no need to keep it simmering.
Glazed CarrotsCook equal parts butter and brown sugar in a saucepan. Add cooked carrots, and cook 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat. Season to taste.
Ginger-Orange SundaesTop scoops of chocolate ice cream with mandarin oranges and finely minced crystallized ginger. Drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.
