Marinated Artichoke Salad
In a food processor, pulse drained marinated artichokes to coarsely chop. Toss with cherry tomatoes cut in half, diced red onion, and sliced celery. Serve with lettuce if desired.
Toss hot orzo with olive oil and prepared olive tapenade. Sprinkle with goat cheese if desired.
Spread a bit of refrigerated pesto (basil or tomato) on refrigerated crescent roll dough before rolling. Roll and bake as directed on package.
