Broiled Halibut Dinner
Here's a fish-based Italian meal featuring Basil Halibut Steaks, Marinated Artichoke Salad, Olive Orzo, and Pesto Rolls. Quick-cooking orzo and refrigerated crescent roll dough make quick work of this menu -- keep them on hand to make any night of the week.
Basil Halibut SteaksIn a food processor, pulse drained marinated artichokes to coarsely chop. Toss with cherry tomatoes cut in half, diced red onion, and sliced celery. Serve with lettuce if desired.
Olive OrzoToss hot orzo with olive oil and prepared olive tapenade. Sprinkle with goat cheese if desired.
Pesto RollsSpread a bit of refrigerated pesto (basil or tomato) on refrigerated crescent roll dough before rolling. Roll and bake as directed on package.
