You can make this scrumptious Chinese feast in about the time it takes to get food delivered. Stir-Fried Shrimp and Broccoli, Snow Pea Ramen, Chicken Dumplings, and Oranges and Coconut Macaroons are a complete meal -- no rice needed. Ramen with a vegetable added is a terrific side -- you can serve it as a soup or noodle dish alongside the stir-fry.
Prepare ramen noodles according to package directions. Thinly slice snow peas crosswise into small strips. Add to ramen when just cooked; turn off heat and let set 5 minutes.
Prepare frozen dumplings according to package directions. Serve with a dipping sauce of soy sauce, minced ginger, and Asian sesame oil if desired.
Cut oranges in wedges with peel. Serve with macaroons.
