Snap Peas and Onions

In a large skillet, cook thinly sliced onion in equal parts olive oil and butter until soft, about 6 minutes. Stir in steamed snap peas. Season to taste.

Corn and Ham Tossed Red Beans and Rice

Stir drained canned corn and finely chopped ham into a package of red beans and rice prepared according to directions on box.

Brown Sugar Banana Pudding

Layer brown sugar and bananas in a glass or bowl with vanilla pudding.
