Add Snap Peas and Onions, Corn and Ham Tossed Red Beans and Rice, and Brown Sugar Banana Pudding for a party to celebrate the fact that youre having such a great dinner. Look for a package of red beans and rice, an easy side. It comes in a box, usually in the rice aisle.
In a large skillet, cook thinly sliced onion in equal parts olive oil and butter until soft, about 6 minutes. Stir in steamed snap peas. Season to taste.
Stir drained canned corn and finely chopped ham into a package of red beans and rice prepared according to directions on box.
