The Menu

Boiled Lobster may seem too special for any old day of the week, but it's easy, so why not? The most time-consuming part of this meal is waiting for the water to boil! Yogurt Dill Twice-Baked Potatoes

Bake or microwave russet potatoes. Scoop potato into a bowl, stir in plain yogurt, butter, and chopped dill, and season to taste. Fill potato skins with potato mixture and bake to heat through.

Corn on the Cob

Steam, boil, or grill corn. Serve with butter, salt, and pepper if desired.

Stir celery seed and thinly sliced celery into creamy deli slaw.
