- Corn on the Cob
- Celery Slaw
Boiled Lobster may seem too special for any old day of the week, but it's easy, so why not? The most time-consuming part of this meal is waiting for the water to boil! Add Yogurt Dill Twice-Baked Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, and Celery Slaw and youve got a meal fit for the pier. Pick up deli slaw to make a quick salad. If you're lucky, they may even steam the lobsters for you at your local market.
Bake or microwave russet potatoes. Scoop potato into a bowl, stir in plain yogurt, butter, and chopped dill, and season to taste. Fill potato skins with potato mixture and bake to heat through.
Stir celery seed and thinly sliced celery into creamy deli slaw.
