Salmon-Sauced Pasta is the main course in this quick, flavorful dinner. Greens with Lemon-Dijon Vinaigrette, Lemon-Black Pepper Scones, and Parslied Roast Carrots are also a snap to make. Cupboard items to keep on hand include Italian dressing and lemon pepper from the spice aisle. Start the carrots first, then bake the scones.
Whisk together any oil and vinegar dressing with a squeeze of lemon juice and a dollop of Dijon mustard. Toss with your favorite green salad.
Refrigerated biscuits are so versatile. Place on a cookie sheet, brush with milk, and sprinkle with lemon-pepper. Bake as directed; serve warm.
