Sesame-Teriyaki Sea Bass is the centerpiece of this Japanese-style dinner featuring Carrot-Tomato Salad with Ginger Dressing, Scallion Soba, and Sea Salt Edamame. You'll find edamame (soy beans) in the freezer section of your market -- try either whole pods or shelled beans. Look for black sesame seeds in the spice aisle. They're a new item in the McCormick line of specialty spices.
Toss sliced plum tomatoes and shredded or matchstick carrots with Asian ginger or sesame dressing.
Cook soba noodles according to package directions. Toss with teriyaki sauce and thinly sliced scallions (green onions).
Sprinkle cooked edamame (soybeans) with sea salt or kosher salt.
