Potato chips have long been used to top casseroles -- here, they're the crust on crispy fish. Try cocktail sauce with the fish instead of the usual tartar sauce. It'll be great with the chip coating.
In a blender, puree 1 part diced sweet onion with 3 parts ranch dressing. Toss with salad greens.
Steam or boil zucchini until tender. Season with salt and pepper, then top with grated cheddar cheese.
