Grilled Orange and Dill Sea Bass Dinner

Start making Green Salad with Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing, Pineapple Carrots, and Green Onion Mint Rice while the coals get hot, or before you even start the grill if you're cooking with gas. Canned crushed pineapple makes the carrot dish a snap.
In a blender, puree 2 Tbs. sun-dried tomato pesto with 1 cup balsamic vinaigrette. Toss with greens.
Cook sliced carrots in a steamer. Toss with butter and crushed pineapple to taste.
