Fish with Balsamic Sauce Dinner

Steam slices or chunks of yellow squash until tender. Gently stir in prepared olive tapenade to taste.
Look for red rice in the gourmet or natural section of your market. Use a box or pouch of wild rice blend if you can't find it.
Stir toasted chopped almonds and 1-2 drops of almond extract into prepared rice pudding. Be careful with the extract -- it's potent.
