Crunchy Catfish Dinner

Your kids will love the idea (and the taste) of Crunchy Catfish coated in pretzel crumbs! Serve them with a real kid-friendly menu of Bacon Bean Dip, Ranch Tater Tots, and Broccoli with Cheddar. If your kids like the fish, try the coating on other fish as well.
Cook and drain bacon; stir crumbled bacon into heated bean dip. Add a teaspoon of drippings if desired. Scoop to eat with tortilla chips.
Toss frozen tater tots with powdered ranch dressing mix; bake as directed on package.
Cook fresh or frozen broccoli, season to taste, then sprinkle with grated cheddar.
