Shredded Pork Tacos Dinner

Serving Shredded Pork Tacos, Jicama and Avocado Dip, Cilantro Black Beans, and Mango Salsa Rice will give your family a taste of modern Mexican -- new flavors, not just plain old rice and beans. Add any veggies you have on hand to the jicama for dipping. Mango Salsa is sweet and spicy -- a great addition to the rice. Look for it on the shelf or in the fresh salsa area near the dairy aisle.
Puree 1 part mayonnaise with 4 parts guacamole. Cut jicama into sticks and serve with dip.
In saucepan, heat a can of black beans. Mash hot beans with a potato masher; add chopped cilantro and salsa if desired.
Stir mango salsa, to taste, into hot cooked rice.
