Mexican Rice and Bean Chicken Dinner

The Menu

Make any weeknight meal a fiesta. Start with Guacamole with Chips and Salsa, then move on to Quesadillas and Chicken with Black Beans and Rice. Finish with Caramel-Topped Vanilla Pudding.

Guacamole and Chips

Pick up your favorite guacamole, chips, and salsa and serve them while you're cooking the rest of dinner.


Quick Quesadillas

Sprinkle Mexican-blend cheese over a flour tortilla, top with another tortilla, and microwave for 30 seconds or until cheese melts. Cut in wedges to serve.


Caramel-Topped Vanilla Pudding

Spoon caramel sauce over pudding and top with shaved chocolate.
