Cheese-Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Saute sliced sweet bell peppers (any color combination will be good) in olive oil until tender-crisp, about 6 minutes. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and brown sugar. Cook until sugar dissolves, about 2 minutes. Season to taste.
Fettuccine with Red Sauce
Prepare fettuccine pasta and toss with your favorite tomato-based pasta sauce.
Peaches with crumbled Amaretti Cookies
Crumble Amaretti cookies over peeled fresh or canned peaches.
