This Italian-themed dinner is just so easy. Making One-Pot Spaghetti and adding the simple sides of Garlic Bread and Steamed Zucchini are right in line with the ease of the main dish. Finish it off with Biscotti and Coffee Ice Cream. We keep everything in this meal simple.
Slice French or Italian Bread, spread with butter mixed with crushed garlic and a pinch of black pepper. Bake or broil to toast.
Slice zucchini and either steam or saute in olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pairing Coffee Ice Cream with Biscotti is oh so Italian. You can top the ice cream with chocolate sauce for an extra treat.
