Indian Tuna Steak Dinner

Tuna Steaks with Cumin Tartar Sauce have an Indian flavor from the cumin and chutney. Add Curry Cauliflower, Saffron Couscous, and Orange Sauteed Spinach to complete the Indian theme. Use washed spinach and instant couscous to make it quick.
In a skillet, cook curry powder in butter for just 1 minute. Stir in cauliflower flowerets and water; cover and cook 15 minutes, until cauliflower is soft.
Sprinkle a pinch of saffron threads into liquid used to cook couscous.
Saute spinach in olive oil, season with orange juice and salt and pepper. Be sure to taste before seasoning -- spinach can be naturally salty.
